Spearheaded by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in coordination with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Dubai Police, this initiative mandates that all residents must clear outstanding traffic fines before they can renew, cancel, or modify their visas.
