AED 3,000 for every referral who completes a company setup with START. For corporate services such as tax, accounting, visas, or bank account support, the reward is up to aed 1,500 and depends on the service the client takes. There is no limit on how many people you can refer.

Because corporate services vary a lot in size. A single one-off filing is a much smaller engagement than a full annual accounting or tax retainer, so one flat reward would either overpay on the small jobs or underpay on the large ones. We scale the reward to the service instead. AED 1,500 is the maximum, paid on the largest engagements. You will always see the exact reward for a referral in your dashboard once the client's service is confirmed, before any payout. Business setup referrals are different: those are a flat AED 3,000, with no variation.

Joining is free. You do not need to be in the UAE either: the programme is open worldwide, and many partners refer clients from their own country.

You get a personal referral link and a dashboard. Anyone who enquires through your link is credited to you, and you can also add a lead directly by name. You see the live status of every referral in your dashboard.

Your claim is fixed when the introduction is recorded, not by what happens afterwards. Every referral is timestamped the moment it arrives through your link or the moment you add the lead, and from then on that client is attributed to you. Whatever they discuss with us later does not change it, and you do not need the client to mention you. If two partners introduce the same person, the first recorded introduction counts. The only exclusion is someone who was already our client or already in our pipeline before your introduction.

No. You just need a bank account we can pay into, anywhere in the world. If your country uses IBAN (the UAE, Germany, and most of Europe), save your IBAN. If it does not, save your account number and SWIFT/BIC code instead. Either way we pay by international transfer. A personal account is fine for occasional referrals. If you refer regularly as a business, invoice us through your company and we will guide you when you get there. One condition either way: the account must be in your own name or your company's name, because we cannot pay into third-party accounts.
