Programme terms

The short version: recommend us honestly, and we pay you AED 3,000 per business setup or AED 1,500 per corporate services client, after your referral pays. The details:

1. The programme

The START Partner Programme rewards you for introducing new clients to START Business Solutions. It is a single-level referral programme: you earn from clients you refer. There is no reward for recruiting other referrers and no multi-level structure.

2. Who can join

Anyone aged 18 or over can join for free. Government employees involved in licensing or approvals relevant to our services may not participate. We may decline or close accounts used for spam, misleading promotion, or fraud.

3. What counts as a successful referral

A referral counts when a person you introduced (through your referral link or added in your dashboard) signs an engagement with START and pays their invoice in full. If the same person is referred by several partners, the first recorded introduction wins. People who are already in our pipeline or existing clients do not count as new referrals. Self-referrals do not qualify: the referred client must not be you, a member of your household, or a company you own or control. We verify identities before paying and reject rewards that fail this check.

4. Rewards

AED 3,000 per completed business setup engagement and AED 1,500 per completed corporate services engagement, both due after full payment by the client. Amounts may change for future referrals; the amounts shown in your dashboard at the time of the referral apply. Your referral never pays more because of the programme.

5. Payouts

Rewards are paid monthly by bank transfer to the account saved in your dashboard. The account holder name must match your registered partner name or your company's name; payouts to third-party accounts are declined. If a client refunds or a payment is reversed, the related reward is deducted from your next payout. Where you refer regularly as a business, we may ask you to invoice us through a licensed entity or freelance permit; we will guide you through that when it becomes relevant.

6. Fair promotion

Present START accurately and identify yourself honestly. No spam, no misleading claims, no bidding on START brand terms in paid search, and no implying you are START staff. When you promote the programme to an audience, disclose that you earn a commission.

7. Data

Only submit a person's details with their knowledge and consent. We use referral data to process the enquiry and pay you; our privacy policy applies.

8. Changes and termination

We may amend or end the programme at any time. Rewards already earned under these terms are honoured. We may remove partners who breach these terms; earned, unpaid rewards from legitimate referrals remain payable.
